Common questions
How do I move my data to another device?
In the app's menu (⋯) choose Export data and save the file. On the other device choose Import data and pick that file.
The recitation doesn't play.
Recitation streams from the internet. Check your connection and try again.
I don't receive reminders.
Make sure notifications are allowed for the app in your device's settings, and that the reminder is switched on in the reading report.
Where do the page numbers come from?
From the Tanzil Project's data for the Madinah Mushaf. The page, juz, hizb and quarter of all 6,236 ayahs were checked against quran.com. The app shows no number it could not verify.
Does it work offline?
Yes, everything except the recitation.
How do I change the language?
Menu (⋯), then Language: Arabic, English or Urdu.

لأي استفسار أو اقتراح أو مشكلة. وعند الإبلاغ عن مشكلة اذكر: إصدار التطبيق (يظهر في شاشة «حول التطبيق»)، ونوع جهازك وإصدار نظامه، وما حدث.

كيف أنقل بياناتي إلى جهاز آخر؟
من قائمة التطبيق (⋯) اختر «تصدير البيانات» واحفظ الملف. وعلى الجهاز الآخر اختر «استيراد البيانات» وحدّد الملف.
لا تعمل التلاوة.
التلاوة تُبثّ من الإنترنت. تأكد من اتصالك ثم أعد المحاولة.
لا تصلني التذكيرات.
تأكد من السماح بالإشعارات للتطبيق في إعدادات جهازك، ومن تفعيل التذكير في «تقرير القراءة».
من أين أرقام الصفحات؟
من بيانات مشروع تنزيل لمصحف المدينة النبوية، وقد طوبقت صفحة كل آية من آيات القرآن الـ٦٢٣٦ وجزؤها وحزبها وربعها مع موقع quran.com. ولا يعرض التطبيق رقماً لم يتحقق منه.
هل يعمل بلا إنترنت؟
نعم، كل شيء عدا التلاوة.
كيف أغيّر اللغة؟
من القائمة (⋯) ثم «اللغة»: العربية أو الإنجليزية أو الأردية.
